Aaron has been a game-changer for our organization and completely shifted our perspective on how much responsibility we can place on interns. He came in as part of a new program for an intern to help with product support – and within a month was functioning as the full-spectrum product owner. He led a total product evolution & re-branding under a very tight timeline right after his arrival, coordinating between managers and departments, building out a phased execution plan, and ensuring the project met timelines and expectations. Aaron takes disciplined initiative, he stays focused but drives positive change.
